固體自微乳載體、固體化方法及穩(wěn)定性研究進展

【摘要】:目的:對國內(nèi)外近年來固體自微乳的載體、固體化方法及穩(wěn)定性的研究進展進行綜述,為該劑型的進一步研究和開發(fā)提供參考。方法:搜集國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻進行綜合分析。結(jié)果:新型的載體材料和新的固體化方法可進一步提高固體自微乳的自乳化性能、藥物的分散度,提高難溶性藥物的溶出度和生物利用度,還可以改善藥物的穩(wěn)定性。結(jié)論:固體自微乳制劑具有微乳和固體制劑的雙重優(yōu)勢,是非常具有研發(fā)前景的新型固體制劑,隨著新型載體材料和固體化方法的開發(fā),該劑型將得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to review the research progress of solid self-microemulsion carrier, solid method and stability at home and abroad in recent years, and to provide reference for the further research and development of the formulation. Methods: to collect and analyze the related literature at home and abroad. Results: the new carrier material and new solid method can further improve the self-emulsifying performance of solid self-microemulsion, drug dispersion, dissolution and bioavailability of insoluble drugs, and also improve the stability of drugs. Conclusion: solid self-microemulsion has the dual advantages of microemulsion and solid preparation, and it is a new solid preparation with the prospect of research and development. With the development of new carrier materials and solids, this formulation will be widely used.
