【摘要】：目的:研究2010年版《中國(guó)藥典》中10種微生物限度檢查用培養(yǎng)基的高壓蒸汽滅菌參數(shù)統(tǒng)一調(diào)整為121℃、15 min的可行性。方法:依據(jù)GB4789.28-2013標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中培養(yǎng)基性能測(cè)試方法和2010年版《中國(guó)藥典》中培養(yǎng)基適用性檢查方法,對(duì)采用121℃高壓蒸汽滅菌15 min和按產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書提供的滅菌參數(shù)進(jìn)行滅菌處理的包括改良馬丁培養(yǎng)基等10種培養(yǎng)基進(jìn)行性能測(cè)試(色澤、p H、無(wú)菌性、促生長(zhǎng)能力、抑菌能力和指示能力),比較2種參數(shù)滅菌處理后培養(yǎng)基的質(zhì)量差異。結(jié)果:各培養(yǎng)基經(jīng)2種參數(shù)滅菌后培養(yǎng)基的質(zhì)量水平相當(dāng),且均可滿足2010年版《中國(guó)藥典》對(duì)微生物限度檢查用培養(yǎng)基質(zhì)量控制的要求。結(jié)論:2010年版《中國(guó)藥典》中10種培養(yǎng)基均可采用121℃、15 min參數(shù)進(jìn)行高壓蒸汽滅菌,且滅菌后培養(yǎng)基的性能保持穩(wěn)定。
