【摘要】：目的通過(guò)分析用藥安全的影響因素和發(fā)生機(jī)制,從而提高用藥安全性,預(yù)防用藥差錯(cuò)的發(fā)生。方法隨機(jī)抽取三級(jí)、二級(jí)醫(yī)院各6家,分析2010—2016年12家醫(yī)院的423例用藥差錯(cuò)事件發(fā)生的原因,同時(shí)結(jié)合個(gè)人訪談的研究方式,訪談?dòng)盟幉铄e(cuò)事件發(fā)生的相關(guān)醫(yī)護(hù)人員及用藥安全管理部門(mén)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)共計(jì)126人,最終通過(guò)訪談及文獻(xiàn)研究的方法確定了26個(gè)用藥安全的影響因素。通過(guò)運(yùn)用因子分析結(jié)合結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型的方式,分析各個(gè)影響因素之間的相互作用及對(duì)用藥安全的影響程度。結(jié)果通過(guò)結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析可知:藥品因素、員工素質(zhì)、患者因素、社會(huì)因素、醫(yī)院管理都是高度影響用藥安全的主要因素。結(jié)論通過(guò)對(duì)關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)的管理,提出科學(xué)、有效的防范措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve drug safety and prevent drug errors by analyzing the influencing factors and mechanism of drug safety. Methods A total of 423 cases of drug errors in 12 hospitals from 2010 to 2016 were randomly selected from 6 hospitals of the third class and 6 hospitals of the second class. The causes of the drug error events were analyzed, and the methods of personal interviews were used to analyze the causes of drug errors in 12 hospitals. A total of 126 medical and nursing staff and leaders of drug safety management department were interviewed for drug errors. Finally, 26 influencing factors of drug safety were determined by means of interviews and literature research. By means of factor analysis combined with structural equation model, the interaction of various factors and the degree of influence on drug safety were analyzed. Results through the structural equation model analysis, we can know that the main factors that affect the safety of drug use are drug factors, staff quality, patients' factors, social factors and hospital management. Conclusion through the management of key indicators, scientific and effective preventive measures are put forward.
