【摘要】：我國藥物經(jīng)濟學學科在我國不斷發(fā)展,相關(guān)藥物經(jīng)濟學評價日益增多。目前,我國尚無系統(tǒng)、完備的評價體系對藥物經(jīng)濟學評價進行質(zhì)量評價,也缺乏權(quán)威性的機構(gòu)進行質(zhì)量評價。為了正確的比較、評估當前我國藥物經(jīng)濟學評價的質(zhì)量,本研究將運用系統(tǒng)評價的方法對當前我國藥物經(jīng)濟學相關(guān)文獻進行質(zhì)量評價,質(zhì)量評價將從研究問題、研究設(shè)計、研究方法、成本、健康產(chǎn)出、模型分析以及結(jié)果與討論這幾方面進行分析,以此對我國藥物經(jīng)濟學現(xiàn)狀進行分析。為了厘清藥物經(jīng)濟學學科發(fā)展的歷史脈絡(luò),發(fā)現(xiàn)藥物經(jīng)濟學學科內(nèi)部的聯(lián)系,促進藥物經(jīng)濟學學科長期有效的發(fā)展。本研究基于中文期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(CNKI)、Web of Science數(shù)據(jù)庫檢索的相關(guān)藥物經(jīng)濟學文獻數(shù)據(jù)作為數(shù)據(jù)來源,運用Citespace5.0.3可視化軟件從研究主體、研究熱點、研究前沿三方面分別構(gòu)建國內(nèi)外藥物經(jīng)濟學知識圖譜。通過繪制屬于藥物經(jīng)濟學的知識圖譜,揭示藥物經(jīng)濟學學科演進規(guī)律,預(yù)測藥物經(jīng)濟學學科的未來前沿走向。通過藥物經(jīng)濟學的質(zhì)量評價發(fā)現(xiàn),當前我國藥物經(jīng)濟學評價數(shù)量、種類較多,但是評價質(zhì)量良莠不齊,仍需不斷加強。特別表現(xiàn)在研究角度不明確、研究時限不長、健康產(chǎn)出指標單一、不采用貼現(xiàn)以及不進行正確的敏感性分析等方面。通過繪制國內(nèi)外藥物經(jīng)濟學知識圖譜發(fā)現(xiàn),國際藥物經(jīng)濟學研究較為豐富,國內(nèi)藥物經(jīng)濟學研究還處在起步階段,所以在圖譜的繪制上各有詳略。國際藥物經(jīng)濟學研究相比較于國內(nèi)藥物經(jīng)濟學研究在研究主體、研究熱點方面成果更為豐富,兩者在研究前沿方面時間跨度上各有長短。國際藥物經(jīng)濟學研究前沿更趨于以真實性、信息、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為特點的真實世界研究;國內(nèi)藥物經(jīng)濟學研究前沿則為藥物經(jīng)濟學與基本藥物目錄、醫(yī)療保險、決策分析、藥品定價相關(guān)的應(yīng)用研究,以及中成藥藥物經(jīng)濟學研究。
[Abstract]:With the development of pharmacoeconomics in China, the evaluation of pharmacoeconomics is increasing day by day. At present, there is no systematic, complete evaluation system to evaluate the quality of pharmacoeconomics, and there is also a lack of authoritative institutions to evaluate the quality. In order to compare correctly and evaluate the quality of the current pharmacoeconomics evaluation in China, this study will use the method of systematic evaluation to evaluate the quality of the literature related to pharmacoeconomics in China. The research methods, cost, health output, model analysis, results and discussion are analyzed in order to analyze the current situation of pharmacoeconomics in China. In order to clarify the historical context of the development of pharmacoeconomics, the relationship within pharmacoeconomics is found to promote the long-term and effective development of pharmacoeconomics. This study is based on the literature data of pharmacoeconomics retrieved from (CNKI), Web of Science database of Chinese periodical full-text database as a data source, using Citespace5.0.3 visualization software from the main body of research, research focus. The knowledge map of pharmacoeconomics at home and abroad is constructed in three aspects of the research frontier. By drawing the knowledge map of pharmacoeconomics, the evolution law of pharmacoeconomics is revealed, and the future frontier trend of pharmacoeconomics is predicted. Through the quality evaluation of pharmacoeconomics, it is found that there are many kinds of pharmacoeconomics evaluation in our country at present, but the quality of evaluation is mixed, which still needs to be strengthened. Especially in the research angle is not clear, the research time is not long, the health output index is single, does not use the discount and does not carry on the correct sensitivity analysis and so on. Through drawing the knowledge map of pharmacoeconomics at home and abroad, it is found that the international pharmacoeconomics research is relatively rich, and the domestic pharmacoeconomics research is still in its infancy, so there are some details in drawing the map. Compared with domestic pharmacoeconomics research, the international pharmacoeconomics research has more achievements in the research subjects and hot spots, and they have their own time span in the research frontier. The research frontier of international pharmacoeconomics tends to be real world research characterized by truthfulness, information and the Internet, while the frontier of domestic pharmacoeconomics research is pharmacoeconomics and essential drug catalogue, medical insurance, decision analysis. Drug pricing related to the application of research, as well as the economics of proprietary Chinese medicine.
