紅樹(shù)林、海洋沉積物及北極3種不同生境真菌的分離及代謝產(chǎn)物活性篩選

【摘要】:目的比較紅樹(shù)林、海洋沉積物及北極3種不同生境中可培養(yǎng)真菌的物種多樣性、代謝產(chǎn)物多樣性及抗菌活性,從中分離、篩選活性代謝產(chǎn)物產(chǎn)生菌。方法采用稀釋涂布平板法分離所采集樣品中的真菌,根據(jù)形態(tài)學(xué)特征進(jìn)行菌株排重,利用抗菌活性模型篩選菌株,利用高效液相色譜檢測(cè)技術(shù)研究其代謝產(chǎn)物多樣性。結(jié)果從3種不同生境的28份樣品中共分離到真菌192株,其中68株具有抗菌活性,12株具有一系列類似特征吸收峰。結(jié)論紅樹(shù)林生境中可培養(yǎng)真菌資源豐富,代謝產(chǎn)物活性及多樣性也比另外兩種生境豐富,揭示了不同生境中可培養(yǎng)真菌的生態(tài)分布特點(diǎn),為特殊生境真菌資源的開(kāi)發(fā)利用提供了背景資料。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the species diversity, metabolite diversity and antimicrobial activity of culturable fungi in mangrove, marine sediment and Arctic habitats. Methods the fungi were isolated from the collected samples by the dilution coating plate method. The strain weight was excreted according to the morphological characteristics. The strain was screened by the antibacterial activity model and the diversity of the metabolites was studied by HPLC. Results 192 strains of fungi were isolated from 28 samples from 3 different habitats, of which 68 strains had antimicrobial activity and 12 strains had a series of similar absorption peaks. Conclusion the culturable fungi resources in mangrove habitats are abundant, and the activity and diversity of metabolites are more abundant than those of the other two habitats, which reveals the ecological distribution characteristics of culturable fungi in different habitats. Background data are provided for the exploitation and utilization of fungal resources in special habitats.
