藥食用真菌代謝產(chǎn)物的活性研究
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the inhibitory and antioxidation activities of edible fungi in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Methods: the edible fungi used in the experiment were isolated and purified. The mycelium was used for liquid culture. The metabolites of the fungi were used for the inhibition test of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and the strains with the activity were screened. The compounds with inhibitory activity of Saccharomyces cerevisiae were isolated from the active strains. The antioxidant activities of extracts from different parts of seven most common edible fungi were studied by DPPH method and pyrogallol autooxidation method. Results: through the inhibitory activity test of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, two strains with better activity were screened out, which were fir and BLG-3, respectively. Three compounds were isolated from the metabolites of abieties, and two of them were identified as ergosterol and adenosine. The average inhibitory diameter of ergosterol at 4 mg/m / L concentration was 11.7mm, which showed that ergosterol had better inhibitory activity of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. A compound isolated from the metabolites of BLG-3 was identified as collotoxin with an average inhibitory diameter of 12.6mm at the concentration of 4 mg/mL. The extracts of mushroom stalk, tea mushroom and lentinus edodes had stronger scavenging effect than other samples, and had a certain scavenging ability to hydroxyl free radical, but the other extracts had weak scavenging ability. For superoxide anion, the scavenging effect of the other extracts was weak except for the strong tea mushroom cap, the tea mushroom stalk and the lentinus edodes cover. Conclusion: as Saccharomyces cerevisiae is a good model for screening antitumor drugs, ergosterol and collotoxin have a good inhibitory effect on it. Therefore, these two compounds have important research value in the process of screening anti-tumor drugs. The extracts of 7 edible fungi have certain antioxidant activities, among which the comprehensive antioxidant activity of tea mushroom mulches is the best.
