D-檸檬烯對酒精性腦損傷大鼠腦組織NF-κB、IκB及TNF-α表達的影響
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of D-limonene on the expression of NF- 魏 B I 魏 B and TNF- 偽 in brain tissue of rats with alcoholic brain injury. Methods 60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups with 10 rats in each group. The model of alcoholic brain injury was established in group 1 and group 2. The rats were given 50% ethanol daily, 12 mL / (kg d), for the first 2 weeks and 8 mL / (kg d), for 4 weeks. The rats in group 1 and 2 were given 100200400 mg/ (kg d) of D-limonene by stomach at the same time. There were no animal models in the drug group and the blank control group, in which the blank control group was fed with distilled water daily, and the simple drug group was fed with 400 mg/ (kg d) D-limonene. The animals were killed at the end of the 6th week of the experiment, the brain tissue was stained with HE and the changes of morphology and structure were observed under microscope, and the content of TNF- 偽 in brain homogenate was detected by Elisa double antibody sandwich method. Results in the model group, the number of neurons decreased, the distribution of neurons was irregular, the nucleus was obviously constricted and deformed. The number of NF- 魏 B positive cells and the number of I 魏 B positive cells in the model group were 0.05 compared with those in the blank control group. The number of NF- 魏 B positive cells in drug 1 + 2 + group decreased, the number of I 魏 B positive cells increased, compared with model group (P 0.05), drug 3 group (P < 0.05) compared with drug 1 "2" group (P < 0. 05). The expression of TNF- 偽 in the brain homogenate of the model group was higher than that in the blank control group (all P 0.05), and the expression of TNF- 偽 in the brain homogenate of the model group was lower than that in the model group (P 0.05), and the expression of TNF- 偽 in the brain homogenate of the drug group was lower than that in the control group (all P 0.05). Conclusion D- limonene can decrease the expression of NF- 魏 B TNF- 偽 and up-regulate the expression of I 魏 B in brain tissue of rats with alcoholic brain injury, and then attenuate the brain injury induced by alcohol.
