基于藥師崗位核心能力的《常見疾病用藥指導》課程改革初探

【摘要】:目的:提高高等職業(yè)藥學專業(yè)《常見疾病用藥指導》課程的教學質(zhì)量。方法:基于藥師崗位核心能力的培養(yǎng)目標,從《常見疾病用藥指導》的課程標準、教材、教學體系等方面進行改革。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:我校修訂了《常見疾病用藥指導》課程標準,編寫了《常見疾病用藥指導》教材,構(gòu)建了"分模塊"課程教學體系、"理實一體化"教學體系及能力遞進式教學體系,并實施了新的考核評價標準。這些改革舉措真正體現(xiàn)了"以學生為主體,以實踐為主線,以能力為本位,以技能為核心"的高職教育教學要求,可以不斷提升學生的崗位核心能力。同時,它也將有助于推動高職教育教學模式的變革和高職院校的師資隊伍建設。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the teaching quality of Drug guidance for Common Diseases in higher Vocational Pharmacy. Methods: based on the training goal of pharmacist's post core competence, the course standard, teaching material and teaching system of Drug guidance for Common Diseases were reformed. Results & conclusion: our school revised the curriculum standard of Drug guidance for Common Diseases and compiled the textbook of Drug guidance for Common Diseases. The teaching system of "sub-module" course, the teaching system of "integration of theory and practice" and the progressive teaching system of ability are constructed, and a new assessment standard is implemented. These reform measures truly embody the teaching requirements of higher vocational education, such as "taking students as the main body, taking practice as the main line, taking ability as the standard and skills as the core", which can continuously enhance the students' post core competence. At the same time, it will help to promote the reform of higher vocational education teaching mode and the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
