【摘要】：本文采取微波提取法從香蕉皮中提取得到黃酮粗提物,利用H103大孔樹脂對提取物進行純化,與丙酸復配得到復配劑。以香蕉果皮黃酮-丙酸復配劑為受試物,根據(jù)國家衛(wèi)生部發(fā)布的《食品安全性毒理學評價程序和方法》對其進行毒理學試驗,以便在生產(chǎn)實踐中推廣應該。利用小鼠為試驗對象,進行了急性毒性試驗(LD50)、骨髓細胞微核試驗、小鼠精子畸形試驗以及哺乳動物微粒體酶試驗(Ames試驗),對復配劑的毒理性進行了研究。結(jié)果表明,雌小鼠LD50為10.80 g/kg BW,可信限為7.41~15.70 g/kg BW;雄小鼠LD50為12.60 g/kg BW,可信限為7.75~20.50 g/kg BW;骨髓細胞微核試驗、精子畸形試驗、Ames試驗的結(jié)果都為陰性,表明香蕉果皮黃酮-丙酸復配劑對小鼠體細胞和生殖細胞無誘變作用,也無直接或間接的致突變作用,屬實際無毒級物質(zhì)。香蕉果皮黃酮-丙酸復配劑可作為食品防腐添加劑。
[Abstract]:In this paper, flavonoids were extracted from banana peel by microwave extraction. The extracts were purified by H103 macroporous resin and mixed with propionic acid. Based on the food safety toxicology evaluation procedure and method issued by the Ministry of Health, the flavone-propionic acid compound from banana peel was tested in toxicology in order to popularize it in production practice. Acute toxicity test (LD50), bone marrow micronucleus test, sperm malformation test and mammalian microsomal enzyme test (Ames test) were carried out in mice. The results showed that the LD50 of female mice was 10.80 g/kg BWand the confidence limit was 7.41 g/kg BW.The male mouse LD50 was 12.60 g/kg BWand the confidence limit was 7.750.50 g/kg BW.The results of bone marrow micronucleus test and sperm malformation test were all negative. The results showed that the compound of flavonoids and propionic acid in banana pericarp had no mutagenic effect on somatic cells and germ cells of mice, nor had direct or indirect mutagenicity. Banana peel flavone-propionic acid compound can be used as food preservative additive.
