【摘要】：目的:分析廣東2008-2013年期間藥品價(jià)格水平的變化情況,探討廣東2009年開(kāi)始改革藥品價(jià)格的成效。方法:收集廣東省醫(yī)藥采購(gòu)平臺(tái)的藥品采購(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)和廣東省物價(jià)部門針對(duì)藥品價(jià)格"三控"管理政策的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),采用固定拉氏價(jià)格指數(shù)和醫(yī)院用藥結(jié)構(gòu)分析等方法,結(jié)合相關(guān)政策進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理和對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果:廣東省抗微生物、抗腫瘤、消化系統(tǒng)、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)和循環(huán)系統(tǒng)五大類藥品在醫(yī)藥價(jià)格改革后的2009-2013年期間價(jià)格水平整體低于2008年,其中抗微生物類藥物的價(jià)格水平下降幅度最大;大多數(shù)用量較大的藥品價(jià)格下降,藥品價(jià)格較低的品種使用量增加,藥品價(jià)格較高的品種使用量大幅度下降。結(jié)論:廣東醫(yī)藥價(jià)格改革在控制藥品價(jià)格水平、改變用藥結(jié)構(gòu)和降低患者費(fèi)用負(fù)擔(dān)等方面取得一定的成效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the changes of drug price level in Guangdong province from 2008 to 2013, and to explore the effect of drug price reform in Guangdong province in 2009. Methods: to collect the data of drug purchase from Guangdong Medical Purchasing platform and the investigation data of drug price "three control" management policy in Guangdong Province, adopt fixed Laplace price index and hospital drug structure analysis, etc. Data processing and comparative analysis combined with related policies. Results: the price levels of the five categories of drugs in Guangdong Province, including antimicrobial, anti-tumor, digestive system, nervous system and circulatory system, were lower than those in 2008 in 2009-2013 after the reform of pharmaceutical prices. Among them, the price level of antimicrobial drugs decreased the most; the price of most of the drugs with large amount of drugs decreased, the usage of the varieties with lower drug prices increased, and the use of the varieties with higher drug prices decreased significantly. Conclusion: Guangdong pharmaceutical price reform has achieved some results in controlling drug price level, changing the structure of drug use and reducing the burden of patients' expenses.
