磺達(dá)肝癸鈉中間體——1,2,4,6-氧-乙;-3-氧-芐基-L-艾杜糖的合成

【摘要】:以1,2:5,6-氧-二異亞丙基-α-D-呋喃葡萄糖為原料,依次通過芐基保護(hù)、脫保護(hù)、甲磺;、酯交換、環(huán)氧化、水解重排并乙;玫綐(biāo)題化合物,總產(chǎn)率68.2%。該方法操作簡便,適宜工業(yè)化。
[Abstract]:The title compound was obtained by benzyl protection, deprotection, formylation, transesterification, epoxidation, hydrolysis and rearrangement and acetylation with 1: 2: 5: 6- oxy-diisopropyl- 偽 -Dfuran glucose as raw material. The total yield was 68.2%. The method is simple and suitable for industrialization.
