替羅莫司的制備及其抗腫瘤活性研究進展

【摘要】:近年來,盡管抗腫瘤藥物的研究取得了很大進展,惡性腫瘤仍是嚴重危害人類健康的主要疾病。尋找療效高、毒副作用小的藥物,一直是抗腫瘤藥物研發(fā)的重點。本文著重從抗癌藥物替羅莫司的理化性質、制備過程、抗腫瘤作用機制、臨床療效、毒副作用及其主要異構體等方面進行綜述,為其進一步開發(fā)應用提供有益的線索。
[Abstract]:In recent years, although great progress has been made in the research of antitumor drugs, malignant tumor is still a major disease that seriously endangers human health. Looking for drugs with high efficacy and little side effects has been the focus of anti-tumor drug research and development. In this paper, the physicochemical properties, preparation process, antitumor mechanism, clinical efficacy, toxic side effects and main isomers of the anticancer drug tirolimus are reviewed, which provide useful clues for its further development and application.
