【摘要】：目的調(diào)查某院住院患者的止血藥物使用情況,分析止血藥物使用的合理性。方法回顧性調(diào)查2015年7月~9月使用止血藥物的住院患者708例,分析評(píng)價(jià)止血藥物種類、用藥時(shí)機(jī)、使用劑量以及藥品總費(fèi)用等。結(jié)果 708例使用止血藥物的住院患者,合理率為61.29%,產(chǎn)科使用維生素K1例數(shù)最多,合理率98.65%,其次是二乙酰氨乙酸乙二胺。結(jié)論住院患者的止血藥物使用還存在用藥時(shí)機(jī)不當(dāng)、用藥療程過(guò)長(zhǎng)、聯(lián)合用藥比例高等不合理現(xiàn)象,臨床在選用止血藥物時(shí)應(yīng)根據(jù)病情及止血藥物的適應(yīng)證,合理選用止血藥物,從而進(jìn)一步保證臨床用藥安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the use of hemostatic drugs in hospitalized patients and analyze the rationality of hemostatic drugs use. Methods 708 inpatients who were treated with hemostatic drugs from July to September 2015 were investigated retrospectively. The types, timing, dosage and total cost of hemostatic drugs were analyzed and evaluated. Results the reasonable rate of 708 inpatients with hemostatic drugs was 61.29. Vitamin K1 was the most frequently used in obstetrics, and the rational rate was 98.65, followed by ethylenediamine diacetoacetate. Conclusion the use of hemostatic drugs in inpatients has some unreasonable phenomena, such as improper time of use, long course of treatment, high proportion of combined use of drugs and so on. The clinical use of hemostatic drugs should be based on the condition of the disease and the indication of hemostatic drugs. Reasonable selection of hemostatic drugs to further ensure the safety of clinical medication.
