【摘要】：隨著我國醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制的不斷改革,國家對醫(yī)藥資源的日益重視,臨床藥學(xué)服務(wù)被推上了一個愈加重要的位置。與此同時,國家如何保障臨床藥學(xué)服務(wù)在地方的順利發(fā)展,醫(yī)院如何提供高質(zhì)量的臨床藥學(xué)服務(wù)等問題也隨之而來。臨床藥學(xué)服務(wù)的對象是公眾,那么,如何使公眾接受和滿意,提供高質(zhì)量的臨床藥學(xué)服務(wù)已經(jīng)成為了醫(yī)院不容忽視的問題。目的:本文通過對沈陽市三級甲等醫(yī)院臨床藥學(xué)服務(wù)開展情況,臨床藥師工作情況及患者滿意度情況的調(diào)研,掌握了沈陽市三級甲等醫(yī)院臨床藥學(xué)服務(wù)的開展現(xiàn)狀,并對調(diào)研結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析和研究,進(jìn)而提出相應(yīng)的針對性建議。希望有助于臨床藥學(xué)服務(wù)質(zhì)量的提升,為推進(jìn)臨床藥學(xué)服務(wù)發(fā)展提供參考,使更多患者受益。方法:采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、實(shí)地調(diào)查等方法,以沈陽市三級甲等醫(yī)院臨床藥學(xué)服務(wù)為研究對象,對沈陽市20家三級甲等醫(yī)院的藥學(xué)部負(fù)責(zé)人、臨床藥師及患者進(jìn)行訪談及問卷調(diào)查,并對收集到的調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。結(jié)果:在對沈陽市20家三級甲等醫(yī)院、80名臨床藥師以及210位患者進(jìn)行調(diào)研后,調(diào)查的結(jié)果集中在管理制度、藥學(xué)監(jiān)護(hù)、藥學(xué)咨詢、專業(yè)知識及培訓(xùn)、臨床藥學(xué)普及度等方面,均在一定程度上對沈陽市三級甲等醫(yī)院臨床藥學(xué)服務(wù)質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生影響。結(jié)論:目前,沈陽市三級甲等醫(yī)院臨床藥學(xué)服務(wù)質(zhì)量還有很大的提升空間。因此,應(yīng)從多角度考慮,多方面入手,加強(qiáng)臨床藥學(xué)服務(wù)質(zhì)量。建議沈陽市三級甲等醫(yī)院完善管理制度,加強(qiáng)藥學(xué)監(jiān)護(hù),豐富藥學(xué)咨詢形式,重視藥師培養(yǎng),加大宣傳教育,提升公眾認(rèn)知度,以此來提升臨床藥學(xué)服務(wù)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:With the continuous reform of the medical and health system and the increasing attention paid by the state to the medical resources, the clinical pharmaceutical service has been put into an increasingly important position. At the same time, how to ensure the smooth development of clinical pharmaceutical services in the country, and how to provide high quality clinical pharmaceutical services. The object of clinical pharmaceutical care is the public, so how to make the public accept and satisfy and provide high quality clinical pharmaceutical care has become a problem that can not be ignored in hospitals. Objective: to investigate the development of clinical pharmaceutical care, clinical pharmacists' work and patient satisfaction in Shenyang Grade 3A Hospital, and to understand the present situation of clinical pharmaceutical care in Shenyang Grade 3A Hospital. The research results are analyzed and studied, and corresponding suggestions are put forward. We hope to improve the quality of clinical pharmaceutical care, to promote the development of clinical pharmaceutical care, and to benefit more patients. Methods: using the method of literature research and field investigation, taking the clinical pharmacy care of Shenyang Grade 3A Hospital as the research object, the head of the pharmacy department of 20 Grade 3A hospitals in Shenyang City was made. The clinical pharmacists and patients were interviewed and investigated, and the collected data were analyzed. Results: after the investigation of 80 clinical pharmacists and 210 patients in 20 Grade 3A hospitals in Shenyang, the results were focused on the aspects of management system, pharmaceutical monitoring, pharmaceutical consultation, professional knowledge and training, clinical pharmacy popularization, etc. To some extent, it has an effect on the quality of clinical pharmaceutical care in Shenyang Grade 3A Hospital. Conclusion: at present, the quality of clinical pharmaceutical care in Grade 3A Hospital of Shenyang has great room for improvement. Therefore, the quality of clinical pharmaceutical care should be strengthened from various angles and aspects. It is suggested that the Grade 3A Hospital in Shenyang should improve the management system, strengthen pharmaceutical supervision, enrich the form of pharmaceutical consultation, attach importance to the cultivation of pharmacists, increase propaganda and education, and promote public awareness, so as to improve the quality of clinical pharmaceutical services.
