【摘要】:目的:優(yōu)化阿苯達(dá)唑納米混懸液的凍干工藝,制備阿苯達(dá)唑納米微粉。方法:采用冷凍干燥法,以粒徑、Zeta電位為指標(biāo),對(duì)預(yù)凍溫度和凍干保護(hù)劑的種類、配比及質(zhì)量分散進(jìn)行單因素試驗(yàn)考察及驗(yàn)證,將液相沉淀法制備的阿苯達(dá)唑納米混懸液,制備成阿苯達(dá)唑納米微粉。結(jié)果:預(yù)凍溫度為-20℃、凍干保護(hù)劑為4%葡萄糖-甘露醇(3∶7)時(shí),所制納米微粉的平均粒徑為(208.03±2.13)nm,平均Zeta電位為(-15.53±0.18)m V。結(jié)論:該凍干工藝可制得粒徑、電位較優(yōu)的阿苯達(dá)唑納米微粉。
[Abstract]:Objective: to optimize the freeze-drying process of albendazole nano-suspension to prepare albendazole nanometer powder. Methods: using freezing drying method and particle size Zeta potential as the index, single factor experiment was carried out to investigate and verify the pre-freezing temperature and the dispersion of freeze-dried protectants.
