【摘要】：建立了一種簡便靈敏的用于測定鹽酸美金剛緩釋膠囊釋放度的分析方法。采用溶劑萃取酸性染料比色法來測定鹽酸美金剛緩釋膠囊的釋放度,染色劑選用溴甲酚綠(BCG),萃取劑為氯仿,通過改變水相p H、BCG試液用量、反應(yīng)時間等條件對比色法的測定條件進行優(yōu)化。結(jié)果顯示,當(dāng)水相p H=4.0、溴甲酚綠試液用量為4 m L時,本方法在0.3~12μg/m L質(zhì)量濃度范圍內(nèi)具有較高的靈敏度和重復(fù)性,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線為A=0.05347ρ+0.09001,r=0.9991(n=6);鹽酸美金剛平均回收率為100.13%,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為1.86%(n=9)。
[Abstract]:A simple and sensitive method was developed for the determination of the release rate of the sustained release capsule. The release of methadone hydrochloride sustained-release capsules was determined by solvent extraction with acid dye colorimetry. Bromocresol green and chloroform were used as chromatin, and the amount of aqueous phase pHH BCG test solution was changed. Reaction time and other conditions were optimized by contrast colorimetric method. The results show that the method has high sensitivity and reproducibility in the range of 0.3 ~ 12 渭 g / mL mass concentration when the water phase pH is 4.0 and the amount of bromocresol green test solution is 4 mL. The standard curve is A ~ (0.05347) 蟻 0.09001 ~ (0.9991) N ~ (6), and the average recovery of methadone hydrochloride is 100.1313 and the relative standard deviation is 1.86%.
