【摘要】：目的:分析醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)青光眼治療藥物的使用數(shù)據(jù),探討醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)青光眼治療藥物使用結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展趨勢。方法:通過對全國690家醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)藥品購銷數(shù)據(jù)的處理,分析醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)青光眼治療藥物的使用現(xiàn)狀及使用結(jié)構(gòu);選取赫芬達(dá)爾-赫希曼指數(shù)(HHI)與集中曲線這兩個指標(biāo),對醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)青光眼治療藥物的市場集中度進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)青光眼治療藥物使用金額及使用量整體呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢,其中前列腺素類藥物使用金額(占比)及使用量(占比)均呈現(xiàn)明顯的上升趨勢,而非前列腺素類藥物使用金額及使用量略有所上升,使用金額占比及使用量占比均呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢;醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)青光眼治療藥物的產(chǎn)品集中度較高,并逐年上升;醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)青光眼治療藥物的產(chǎn)品集中度較高。結(jié)論:醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)青光眼治療藥物的使用趨于集中,前列腺素類藥物在青光眼治療藥物中扮演日益重要的角色。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the data of glaucoma drugs used in medical institutions and to explore the development trend of drug use in medical institutions. Methods: based on the data of drug purchase and sale in 690 medical institutions in China, the current situation and structure of the use of drugs for glaucoma treatment in medical institutions were analyzed, and two indexes, HHI and the concentration curve, were selected. The market concentration of glaucoma drugs in medical institutions was analyzed. Results: the amount of money used and the amount of drugs used in glaucoma treatment in medical institutions were on the rise, among which, the amount of money used and the amount of drugs used in the use of prostaglandins showed an obvious upward trend. However, the amount and amount of non-prostaglandins used increased slightly, the proportion of the amount of money used and the proportion of the use of the drugs decreased, and the concentration of glaucoma drugs in medical institutions was higher and increased year by year. The concentration of glaucoma drugs in medical institutions is high. Conclusion: the use of drugs for glaucoma in medical institutions tends to be concentrated, and prostaglandins play an increasingly important role in the treatment of glaucoma.
