【摘要】：目的:探討丙基硫氧嘧啶(PTU)誘發(fā)相關(guān)性小血管炎(ASV)的一般規(guī)律及特點,為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法:檢索1990-2016年發(fā)表的PTU誘發(fā)ASV不良反應(yīng)/不良事件的個案報告,并就收集到的118例ADR相關(guān)信息進行統(tǒng)計和分析。結(jié)果:PTU誘發(fā)ASV女性發(fā)生率較高,且以18~59歲最高;87例患者用藥劑量在600 mg/d內(nèi),用藥后1~5年發(fā)生率較高;臨床表現(xiàn)以腎、肺系統(tǒng)損害較多;所有患者停藥后59例行激素治療,30例行激素聯(lián)合免疫抑制劑治療;115例患者預(yù)后良好,3例死亡。結(jié)論:對使用PTU的患者除定期篩查抗中性粒細胞胞漿抗體外,還應(yīng)定期評估其不良反應(yīng)癥狀,以減少或避免嚴重不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生。
