【摘要】：目的建立以毛細(xì)管氣相色譜法測(cè)定利伐沙班原料藥中乙醇、二氯甲烷、四氫呋喃、三乙胺、吡啶、乙酸、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)7種有機(jī)溶劑殘留量的方法。方法采用Agilent DB-624(30.0 m×0.32 mm,1.8μm)毛細(xì)管柱,載氣為氮?dú)?采用氫火焰離子化檢測(cè)器(FID),進(jìn)樣口溫度為200℃,檢測(cè)器溫度為240℃,柱溫采用程序升溫,流速為2.0 m L·min?1,進(jìn)樣量1μL。結(jié)果無(wú)水乙醇、二氯甲烷、四氫呋喃、三乙胺、吡啶、乙酸、DMF均能得到較好的分離,呈現(xiàn)良好的線性關(guān)系,平均回收率分別為102.4%,100.1%,96.5%,91.6%,103.6%,106.6%,102.5%,RSD均5.0%。結(jié)論本方法簡(jiǎn)便、快速、準(zhǔn)確性好、靈敏度高,可用于利伐沙班原料藥中殘留溶劑的測(cè)定。
