【摘要】：目的建立以毛細管氣相色譜法測定利伐沙班原料藥中乙醇、二氯甲烷、四氫呋喃、三乙胺、吡啶、乙酸、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)7種有機溶劑殘留量的方法。方法采用Agilent DB-624(30.0 m×0.32 mm,1.8μm)毛細管柱,載氣為氮氣,采用氫火焰離子化檢測器(FID),進樣口溫度為200℃,檢測器溫度為240℃,柱溫采用程序升溫,流速為2.0 m L·min?1,進樣量1μL。結(jié)果無水乙醇、二氯甲烷、四氫呋喃、三乙胺、吡啶、乙酸、DMF均能得到較好的分離,呈現(xiàn)良好的線性關系,平均回收率分別為102.4%,100.1%,96.5%,91.6%,103.6%,106.6%,102.5%,RSD均5.0%。結(jié)論本方法簡便、快速、準確性好、靈敏度高,可用于利伐沙班原料藥中殘留溶劑的測定。
