【摘要】：唑類抗真菌藥是曲霉病處理中一種最為常用的藥物,而曲霉病主要是由煙曲霉菌(Aspergillus fumigatus)感染引起的。越來(lái)越多的報(bào)道發(fā)現(xiàn)A.曲霉株(A.fumigatus isolates)具有唑類抗真菌藥耐藥性,這是曲霉病治療中一個(gè)巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。A.曲霉唑類抗真菌藥耐藥株(ARAF)在侵襲性曲霉病患者中具有非常高的致死率,這對(duì)臨床微生物學(xué)者如何及時(shí)診斷耐藥性和提出合適的干預(yù)策略等方面提出極大的挑戰(zhàn)。ARAF耐藥株既存在cyp51A突變型又存在cyp51A非突變型,而且cyp51A非突變型在唑類抗真菌藥耐藥中占有的比重越來(lái)越高,為臨床的診斷和治療提出了更高的挑戰(zhàn)。本綜述總結(jié)了目前A.曲霉唑類抗真菌藥耐藥株在全球各國(guó)的發(fā)病情況及其耐藥機(jī)制研究的最新進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:The antifungal agents of azolium are one of the most commonly used drugs in the treatment of aspergillus fumigatus. is the main cause of Aspergillus fumigatus. A growing number of reports found that A. A. fumigatus isolated strains are resistant to antifungal agents, which is a great challenge in the treatment of aspergillosis. Astrazole antifungal resistance strain ARAF has a very high mortality rate in invasive aspergillosis patients. It is a great challenge for clinical microbiologists to diagnose drug resistance in time and put forward appropriate intervention strategies. There are both cyp51A mutation and cyp51A non-mutation in ARAF resistant strains. Moreover, the non-mutagenesis of cyp51A is becoming more and more important in the resistance of antifungal agents, which poses a higher challenge for clinical diagnosis and treatment. This review summarizes the current A. The latest advances in the study of antifungal resistance of Aspergillus in the world.
