【摘要】：目的:建立同時測定干髓糊劑中丁香酚和麝香草酚含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色譜法。色譜柱為Wonda Cract C_(18),流動相為甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脫),流速為1.0 mL/min,檢測波長為274 nm,柱溫為25℃,進樣量為10μL。結(jié)果:丁香酚和麝香草酚檢測質(zhì)量濃度線性范圍分別為0.02~0.19 mg/mL(r=0.999 7)、0.03~0.30 mg/mL(r=0.999 6);精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復(fù)性試驗的RSD2.0%;加樣回收率分別為95.85%~99.84%(RSD=1.11%,n=9)、95.81%~100.91%(RSD=1.59%,n=9)。結(jié)論:該方法操作簡便、結(jié)果準確,可用于干髓糊劑中丁香酚和麝香草酚含量的同時測定。
