【摘要】：貝特類藥物是典型的過氧化物酶增殖體激活受體α(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorα,PPARα)的激動(dòng)劑,其主要作用是增加甘油三酯分解代謝,臨床用于治療高血脂癥及抗動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化。近年研究發(fā)現(xiàn),貝特類藥除直接調(diào)節(jié)脂質(zhì)代謝外,還可通過抗炎和改善內(nèi)皮功能發(fā)揮抗動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化的作用,同時(shí)參與血糖、血壓及膽汁酸穩(wěn)態(tài)調(diào)控,及細(xì)胞色素P450酶(cytochrome P450,CYP)和葡萄糖醛酸基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(UDPglucuronosyltrans-ferase,UGT)有關(guān)的外源代謝調(diào)控。本文旨在查閱近幾年國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)貝特類藥物的藥理活性研究新進(jìn)展,為代謝性疾病中使用貝特類藥物提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Betterol is a typical agonist of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor 偽 -PPAR- 偽. Its main function is to increase triglyceride catabolism and be used in the treatment of hyperlipidemia and anti-atherosclerosis. In recent years, it has been found that in addition to directly regulating lipid metabolism, Betterol can also play an anti-atherosclerosis role through anti-inflammation and improving endothelial function, and participate in the regulation of blood glucose, blood pressure and bile acid homeostasis. And cytochrome P450 and UDPglucuronosyltrans-ferase UGTT. The purpose of this paper is to review the relevant literatures at home and abroad in recent years, summarize the new progress in the study of the pharmacological activities of Betterol, and provide a theoretical basis for the use of Betterol in metabolic diseases.
