賴氨酸原位修飾法制備氨基化納米二氧化鈦

【摘要】:本文以鈦酸正四丁酯為鈦源、賴氨酸為修飾劑,研究了原位修飾法制備氨基化納米二氧化鈦的實(shí)驗(yàn)條件,并通過SEM、FT-IR、TG對(duì)制得的材料進(jìn)行表征。研究結(jié)果表明:在賴氨酸添加量為4.0g、pH值為10.0、溫度為100℃的實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,合成的納米TiO2形貌呈鱗片型密集排列,鱗片厚度為10nm左右,其氨基含量達(dá)2.8mmol·g-1。由此證實(shí),通過賴氨酸的原位修飾可以實(shí)現(xiàn)納米TiO2的氨基化,并能調(diào)控納米TiO2表面的氨基含量及其形貌結(jié)構(gòu)。
