【摘要】：目的:分析我院門(mén)診質(zhì)子泵抑制劑(PPIs)的使用情況,為臨床合理用藥和有效管理提供參考。方法:采用ABC分析法和限定日劑量(DDD)法對(duì)PPIs的種類(lèi)、用量、銷(xiāo)售金額、用藥頻度(DDDs)、日均費(fèi)用(DDC)和序號(hào)比值等數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,并對(duì)A類(lèi)藥品和DDDs高的品種進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)分析。結(jié)果:2012-2014年,A類(lèi)藥品占藥品總品種數(shù)的20.0%~33.3%,B類(lèi)藥品占11.1%~22.2%,C類(lèi)藥品占44.5%~60.0%,其中A類(lèi)各個(gè)藥品的銷(xiāo)售金額均呈逐年增加趨勢(shì)。近3年,PPIs的總DDDs和總銷(xiāo)售金額呈快速增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì),其中埃索美拉唑鎂腸溶片(耐信)DDDs連續(xù)兩年居首位,其銷(xiāo)售金額連續(xù)3年居首位。大多數(shù)PPIs的序號(hào)比值接近于1.0。結(jié)論:我院PPIs臨床應(yīng)用結(jié)構(gòu)存在不合理現(xiàn)象,尤其是A類(lèi)藥品所占比重偏大,有待加強(qiáng)管理。PPIs的銷(xiāo)售金額與用藥頻度同步性較好,使用基本合理,但仍有改進(jìn)之處。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the use of proton pump inhibitor PPIsin in outpatient clinic and to provide reference for rational drug use and effective management. Methods: the ABC analysis method and the method of limited daily dose were used to analyze the data of PPIs, such as the type, dosage, sales amount, frequency of drug use, daily average cost and serial number ratio, and the emphasis was put on the analysis of A drugs and the high DDDs varieties. Results from 2012 to 2014, 20.0% of the total number of drugs in Group A accounted for 33.33.3% of the total number of drugs of Group B, and the proportion of Category B drugs accounted for 11.1% and 22.2C drugs accounted for 64.5% of the total number of drugs, and the sales amount of each drug of Category A showed a trend of increasing year by year. In the last three years, the total DDDs and the total sales amount of the PPIs showed a rapid growth trend, among which esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets (DDDs) ranked first for two consecutive years, and the sales amount was the first for the third consecutive year. Most PPIs ordinal ratios are close to 1.0. Conclusion: the clinical application structure of PPIs in our hospital is unreasonable, especially the proportion of class A drugs is on the high side.
