【摘要】：目的:規(guī)范輔助治療藥物的臨床使用。方法:建立我院輔助治療藥物的臨床使用管理模式,統(tǒng)計(jì)管理工作開展前后輔助治療用藥的銷售金額及不合理用藥情況,評(píng)估管理效果。結(jié)果:我院建立的輔助治療藥物的管理模式包括確定輔助治療藥物目錄、建立管理制度并確立其使用基本原則;再借助各藥物用量排名并充分利用循證醫(yī)學(xué)證據(jù)等進(jìn)行用藥點(diǎn)評(píng);制定輔助治療藥物不合理用藥(超適應(yīng)證、超劑量、超療程)等情況的分類處置原則等。經(jīng)過1年多的管理實(shí)踐,我院輔助治療藥物使用日益規(guī)范,輔助治療藥物占全部藥品銷售金額由管理前(2014年8月-2015年7月)的20.90%降至管理后(2015年8月-2016年7月)的15.99%(降低約5%);與2015年8月比較,2016年8月在93個(gè)輔助治療藥物中有48個(gè)品種銷售金額降幅超過15%,不合理用藥現(xiàn)象明顯減少。結(jié)論:我院建立的輔助治療藥物臨床使用管理模式有效促進(jìn)了臨床合理用藥、降低了醫(yī)療費(fèi)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to standardize the clinical use of adjuvant drugs. Methods: to establish the management model of clinical use of adjuvant drugs in our hospital, and to evaluate the effect of management. Results: the management model of adjuvant therapy drugs established in our hospital included determining the catalogue of adjuvant treatment drugs, establishing the management system and establishing the basic principles of its use. Then with the help of the ranking of drug dosage and the full use of evidence-based medical evidence to make drug evaluation; to formulate the auxiliary treatment of irrational use of drugs (indications, overdose, excessive treatment) and other circumstances of the classification of disposal principles, and so on. After more than one year of management practice, the use of adjuvant drugs in our hospital has become increasingly standardized. Adjuvant treatment drugs accounted for 20.90% of total drug sales before administration (August 2014-July 2015) to 15.99 (about 5% lower) after administration (August 2015-July 2016); 93 adjuvant treatment drugs in August 2016 compared with August 2015 There are 48 varieties of sales of more than 15 decline, irrational drug use phenomenon significantly reduced. Conclusion: the management mode of clinical use of adjuvant therapy drugs established in our hospital can effectively promote the rational use of drugs and reduce the medical expenses.
