【摘要】：目的:分析外國制藥企業(yè)在我國大陸開展抗糖尿病藥物臨床試驗的現(xiàn)狀,為完善我國臨床試驗管理提供參考。方法:在Clinical Trials.Gov數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行檢索,時間段為2007年1月1日至2016年12月1日,篩選出在中國大陸進(jìn)行的申辦方/合作者為外國制藥企業(yè)的抗糖尿病藥物臨床試驗,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析其試驗分期、樣本量、設(shè)計與研究類型、試驗藥物、申辦方等。結(jié)果:外國制藥企業(yè)在我國開展的抗糖尿病藥物臨床試驗共108項。其中,國內(nèi)外合作開展的2項,外國制藥企業(yè)單獨(dú)開展的106項;在我國單獨(dú)開展的52項,國際多中心試驗56項�？傮w以Ⅲ期臨床試驗為主,共52項(47%)。研究類型以干預(yù)性研究為主,共102項(94%)。申辦方如諾和諾德、賽諾菲、阿斯利康、勃林格殷格翰、禮來、諾華等歐美大型制藥企業(yè)占據(jù)了大多數(shù)臨床試驗資源。結(jié)論:我國的抗糖尿病藥物臨床試驗水平已逐漸得到國際認(rèn)可,我國需進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè)和改善政策環(huán)境,爭取參與更多的國際抗糖尿病藥物臨床試驗。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the current situation of clinical trials of antidiabetic drugs carried out by foreign pharmaceutical enterprises in mainland China, and to provide reference for improving the management of clinical trials in China. Methods: to search the Clinical Trials.Gov database from January 1, 2007 to December 1, 2016, and to screen out the clinical trials of antidiabetic drugs with foreign pharmaceutical enterprises as the sponsors / collaborators in mainland China. Statistical analysis of the trial stages, sample size, design and research types, experimental drugs, sponsors and so on. Results: 108 clinical trials of anti-diabetic drugs were conducted by foreign pharmaceutical enterprises in China. Of these, 2 were jointly carried out at home and abroad, 106 were carried out by foreign pharmaceutical enterprises alone, 52 were carried out in China alone, and 56 were carried out by international multi-center experiments. A total of 52 clinical trials were carried out in the third stage. The main type of study was interventional study, with 102 items. Major European and American pharmaceutical companies such as Novo Nord, Sanofie, AstraZeneca, Brigham Ingham, Lilly, Novartis and other large pharmaceutical companies account for the majority of clinical trial resources. Conclusion: the level of clinical trials of antidiabetic drugs in China has been gradually recognized internationally. It is necessary to further strengthen the construction of medical institutions and improve the policy environment in order to participate in more international clinical trials of antidiabetic drugs.
