【摘要】：目的:建立測定馬洛替酯片的含量及有關(guān)物質(zhì)的方法。方法:采用高效液相色譜法。色譜柱為Waters Symmetry-C18,流動相為甲醇-水-醋酸(45∶55∶0.5,V/V/V),檢測波長為362 nm,流速為1.0 ml/min,柱溫為30℃,進樣量為20μl。結(jié)果:主成分峰與雜質(zhì)峰均能達到基線分離;馬洛替酯質(zhì)量濃度在1.50~30.0μg/ml范圍內(nèi)與峰面積呈良好的線性關(guān)系(r=0.999 6);精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復性試驗的RSD≤1.05%;平均加樣回收率為99.74%,RSD=0.85%(n=9)。結(jié)論:本法簡便、準確、專屬性好、精密度高,可用于馬洛替酯片的質(zhì)量控制。
