應(yīng)用Logistic回歸模型分析頭孢唑林致不良反應(yīng)的危險(xiǎn)因素

【摘要】:目的:應(yīng)用Logistic回歸模型分析頭孢唑林致不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)因素,以減少用藥風(fēng)險(xiǎn),保障頭孢唑林的用藥安全。方法:從醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)提取相關(guān)信息,采用SPSS19.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:855例患者納入研究,30例患者出現(xiàn)藥品不良反應(yīng)(3.51%)。Logistic回歸模型分析結(jié)果表明,單次給藥劑量2 g[優(yōu)勢(shì)比(OR)=13.75,95%置信區(qū)間(CI):2.423~78.028,P0.001]、0:00-8:00時(shí)靜脈給藥(OR=2.340,95%CI:1.043~5.253,P=0.034)、給藥濃度≥20 mg/ml(OR=7.857,95%CI:1.566~39.431,P=0.003)為頭孢唑林致不良反應(yīng)的危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論:頭孢唑林致不良反應(yīng)可能屬于劑量相關(guān)型,其不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)臨界值為給藥劑量1.75 g,給藥時(shí)間在0:00-9:05,給藥濃度7 mg/ml,可根據(jù)上述臨界值預(yù)測(cè)患者發(fā)生不良反應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),以促進(jìn)安全、有效使用頭孢唑林。
[Abstract]:Aim: to analyze the risk factors of adverse reactions induced by cefazolin by Logistic regression model in order to reduce the risk of drug use and ensure the safety of cefazolin. Methods: the relevant information was extracted from the hospital information system and analyzed by SPSS19.0 software.
