【摘要】：目的:制備克班寧透皮貼劑,篩選促滲劑并考察其體外經(jīng)皮滲透作用。方法:以初黏力和持黏力為指標(biāo)進(jìn)行貼劑基質(zhì)處方的正交試驗(yàn)。采用改良的FRANZ擴(kuò)散池,以累積滲透量和增滲系數(shù)為指標(biāo),考察1%,3%,5%,7%和10%的氮酮和丁香揮發(fā)油對(duì)克班寧透皮貼劑經(jīng)小鼠皮膚的促滲作用,并用裸鼠進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果:優(yōu)選的貼劑處方為丁二酸0.15 g,Eudragit EPO 2 g,鄰苯二甲酸二乙酯0.8 g,甘油0.3 g。1%氮酮組和3%丁香揮發(fā)油的Q48分別為(0.691 5±0.541 8)和(0.805 1±0.435 4)mg·cm-2,增滲系數(shù)分別為1.89和2.15。結(jié)論:在優(yōu)選處方下制備的貼劑黏附力適宜;3%丁香揮發(fā)油能顯著提高克班寧在貼劑中的滲透量。
[Abstract]:Aim: to prepare kipanning transdermal patch, to screen permeation enhancer and to investigate its transdermal permeation in vitro. Methods: the orthogonal test of the base formulation of patch was carried out with the index of initial viscosity and holding force. An improved FRANZ diffusion cell was used to investigate the effects of 5% and 10% azone and 10% essential oil on the permeation of kipanning through the skin of mice, taking the cumulative permeation capacity and the permeability coefficient as the indexes, and to verify the effect of 1% and 10% of azone and eugenin essential oil on the permeation of mice skin. Results: the optimal formula was 0.15g Eudragit EPO 2 g, diethyl phthalate 0.8 g, glycerol 0.3 g 路1% azone group and 3% eugenol volatile oil Q48 was 0.691 5 鹵0.541 8) and 0.8051 鹵0.435 4)mg cm-2, respectively. The permeability enhancement coefficients were 1.89 and 2.15, respectively. Conclusion: the adhesive force of the patch prepared under the optimized prescription is suitable for 3% clove essential oil, which can significantly increase the osmotic capacity of kabanin in the patch.
