【摘要】：目的:建立左舒必利原料手性雜質測定方法并檢測手性雜質的含量。方法:采用正相高效液相色譜法,使用DAICEL OJ-H手性柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以正己烷-乙醇-二乙胺(90∶10∶0.1)為流動相,流速1.0 m L·min-1,檢測波長230nm,柱溫30℃,進樣量20μL。結果:在本文色譜條件下舒必利的分離度為2.1,線性范圍為1.648~16.48μg·m L-1,檢測限(S/N=3)為0.099μg·m L-1,定量限(S/N=10)為0.198μg·m L-1,采用該方法檢測3批原料手性雜質的結果為0.47%~0.50%。結論:本法經(jīng)方法學驗證可用于左舒必利中手性雜質含量的分析測定。
