【摘要】：目的對縮宮素注射液嚴(yán)重藥品不良反應(yīng)(ADR)報(bào)告進(jìn)行回顧性分析,為更好地避免ADR發(fā)生提供依據(jù)。方法對收集的84例嚴(yán)重ADR報(bào)告進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析和評價(jià)。結(jié)果用藥患者年齡以20~35歲居多(71.43%),不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生時(shí)間在15 min以內(nèi)的占40.48%,累及器官-系統(tǒng)以全身性損害最多(52.14%),呼吸系統(tǒng)次之(13.57%)。結(jié)論縮宮素注射液嚴(yán)重ADR的發(fā)生與多種因素有關(guān),用藥時(shí)應(yīng)密切觀察,生產(chǎn)企業(yè)也應(yīng)提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),加強(qiáng)質(zhì)控,降低用藥風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of Oxytocin Injection serious drug adverse reaction (ADR) report were retrospectively analyzed, in order to avoid the occurrence of ADR provide the basis for the collection of methods. 84 cases of severe ADR report statistics, analysis and evaluation. Results the majority of patients with medication age 20~35 years old (71.43%), adverse reaction time is less than 15 min accounted for 40.48% that system with systemic organ involvement - most damage (52.14%), followed by respiratory system (13.57%). Conclusion many factors lead to serious Oxytocin Injection ADR, medication should be closely observed, the production enterprises should also improve product quality standards, strengthen quality control, reduce the risk of drug.
