【摘要】：目的:為重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病房(ICU)患者安全、合理使用藥物提供參考。方法:利用我院計算機藥品信息管理系統(tǒng)調(diào)出2014年1-6月ICU患者藥物消耗資料,對藥品名稱、規(guī)格、零售價、數(shù)量、用藥金額等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計和分析。結(jié)果:我院ICU患者使用藥物品種繁多,主要集中在抗菌藥物、心血管系統(tǒng)藥物、維生素電解質(zhì)等方面。用藥金額排序前5位的藥品是烏司他丁注射液、注射用胸腺五肽、白蛋白、腦苷肌肽注射液、注射用美羅培南等。結(jié)論:我院ICU藥物使用總體上合理,但還應(yīng)進(jìn)一步規(guī)范用藥,嚴(yán)格管理高風(fēng)險藥物,保證患者用藥安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for the safe and rational use of drugs in patients with ICU in intensive care unit.Methods: the drug consumption data of patients with ICU from January to June 2014 were collected by computer drug information management system in our hospital. The drug name, specification, retail price, quantity and sum of money were analyzed.Results: ICU patients in our hospital used a variety of drugs, mainly in antimicrobial drugs, cardiovascular system drugs, vitamin electrolytes and so on.The top five drugs were urinastatin injection, thymic pentapeptide, albumin, brain-carnosine injection and meropenem for injection.Conclusion: the use of ICU drugs in our hospital is reasonable on the whole, but we should further standardize the use of drugs, strictly manage high-risk drugs, and ensure the safety of drug use in patients.
