【摘要】:目的:提高靜脈用藥集中調(diào)配中心(PIVAS)的自動(dòng)化和信息化水平,為PIVAS的發(fā)展提供參考。方法:介紹DS8000智能分揀系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)功能及其對(duì)PIVAS的影響;比較系統(tǒng)使用前后的工作環(huán)境、工序環(huán)節(jié)、工作效率、工作強(qiáng)度及分揀差錯(cuò)等。結(jié)果:智能分揀系統(tǒng)的使用實(shí)現(xiàn)了軟袋成品輸液分揀工作中包括復(fù)核確認(rèn)、分揀、自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)、自動(dòng)生成科室交接單、相關(guān)信息統(tǒng)計(jì)查詢?cè)趦?nèi)的多項(xiàng)工作的自動(dòng)化;與系統(tǒng)使用前的人工分揀模式比較,系統(tǒng)使用后工作面積縮小、工作環(huán)境整齊有序,工序環(huán)節(jié)減少(6 vs.10),工作用時(shí)縮短(分揀每袋輸液平均用時(shí)13.53 s vs.3.11 s),工作強(qiáng)度減小,工作差錯(cuò)率降低(0.128‰vs.0.013‰);同時(shí),還提高了遮光藥品的管理水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)了PIVAS工作數(shù)據(jù)分析和管理的信息化。結(jié)論:DS8000智能分揀系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用推進(jìn)了PIVAS工作的自動(dòng)化和信息化,推動(dòng)了PIVAS的建設(shè)和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the automation and information level of intravenous drug concentration distribution center (PIVASC), and to provide reference for the development of PIVAS.Methods: the related functions of DS8000 intelligent sorting system and its influence on PIVAS were introduced, and the working environment, working procedure, working efficiency, working intensity and sorting error were compared before and after the system was used.Results: the use of intelligent sorting system realized the automation of many tasks in the work of transfusion sorting of soft bag finished products, including checking confirmation, sorting, automatic counting, automatically generating department handover orders, and statistics and inquiry of relevant information.Compared with the manual sorting mode before the use of the system, the working area of the system is reduced, the working environment is orderly, the working procedure links are reduced by 6 vs.10s, the working time is shortened (the average time per bag of transfusion is 13.53s vs.3.11 / s), and the working intensity is reduced.The work error rate is reduced by 0.128 鈥,
