【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)國內(nèi)外兒童超說明書用藥現(xiàn)狀。方法:計(jì)算機(jī)檢索PubMed、EMbase、CBM、CNKI和VIP數(shù)據(jù)庫,納人中、英文發(fā)表的0~18歲住院兒童超說明書用藥研究,以Combieg工具評(píng)價(jià)納入研究質(zhì)量,描述性分析2011年至今全球住院/門診和各年齡段兒童超說明書用藥發(fā)生率,比較各類超說明書用藥構(gòu)成比。結(jié)果:共納入16個(gè)橫斷面研究,國內(nèi)外兒童超說明書用藥研究主要集中在發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū),不同地區(qū)發(fā)生率在9.01%~79%,不同年齡段兒童發(fā)生率不一致,超說明書用藥類型主要集中在超年齡及超劑量用藥方面。結(jié)論:超說明書用藥在全球兒科普遍存在,不同國家發(fā)生率差異大;臨床醫(yī)師應(yīng)當(dāng)慎重考慮"超說明書用藥",加強(qiáng)自身素養(yǎng),做好患兒知情同意,與臨床藥師及相關(guān)行政管理部門全力配合,以保障患兒用藥安全,避免醫(yī)療風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the status of drug use in children at home and abroad.Methods: the database of VIP and VIP were searched by computer. Chinese and English were used to evaluate the quality of the study by using Combieg tool to evaluate the overdose drug use in 18 year old hospitalized children (0 ~ 18 years old).A descriptive analysis was made on the incidence of overdose in inpatient / outpatient and children of different age groups in the world from 2011 to present, and the composition ratio of various kinds of superscript drugs was compared.Results: a total of 16 cross-sectional studies were carried out. The overdose drug use studies at home and abroad were mainly concentrated in developed areas, and the incidence rate was 9.01% in different areas, and the incidence was different among children of different ages.The types of overdose drugs are mainly over-age and over-dose.Conclusion: superprescriptions are common in paediatrics all over the world, and there are great differences in the incidence rates among different countries. Clinicians should carefully consider "superscript medication", strengthen their own literacy, and do well the informed consent of children.Cooperate with clinical pharmacists and related administrative departments to ensure safe use of drugs and avoid medical risks.
