【摘要】：2015年5月,國家發(fā)改委等7部委共同發(fā)布《關(guān)于印發(fā)推進(jìn)藥品價(jià)格改革意見的通知》,實(shí)現(xiàn)"最高零售限價(jià)"向"醫(yī)保支付標(biāo)準(zhǔn)"的轉(zhuǎn)變。但目前對于藥品支付標(biāo)準(zhǔn)價(jià)格調(diào)整研究欠缺。我國臺灣地區(qū)從1999年開始進(jìn)行定期的藥價(jià)調(diào)查以及相應(yīng)的調(diào)整工作,形成目前以創(chuàng)新程度為基礎(chǔ)藥品分類、總額控費(fèi)與個(gè)體調(diào)價(jià)相結(jié)合的定期藥品支付價(jià)格調(diào)整體系,且成效顯著。通過分析臺灣地區(qū)藥品支付價(jià)格調(diào)整體系,為我們構(gòu)建藥品支付標(biāo)準(zhǔn)價(jià)格調(diào)整體系提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In May 2015, seven ministries and commissions, including the National Development and Reform Commission, jointly issued a notice on printing and issuing opinions on promoting drug price reform, in order to realize the transformation from "maximum retail price limit" to "medical insurance payment standard".However, there is a lack of research on standard price adjustment of drug payment at present.Since 1999, the Taiwan region of China has been conducting regular drug price surveys and corresponding adjustment work, forming the current regular drug payment price adjustment system, which is based on the degree of innovation and combines total control fees with individual price adjustment.And the effect is remarkable.By analyzing the adjustment system of drug payment price in Taiwan, this paper provides a reference for us to construct the standard price adjustment system for drug payment.
