【摘要】：目的分析吉非替尼致藥品不良反應(yīng)(ADR)相關(guān)規(guī)律和特點,發(fā)現(xiàn)吉非替尼使用風(fēng)險點,為臨床合理用藥提供參照。方法以"吉非替尼"、"不良反應(yīng)"、"致"、"gefitinib"等為檢索詞,檢索中國期刊網(wǎng)全文數(shù)據(jù)庫、維普中文期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫,按納入、排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)共納入57篇文獻(xiàn),并進(jìn)行整理和分析。結(jié)果共提取82例病例,累及系統(tǒng)-器官主要為胃腸系統(tǒng)損害、皮膚及其附件損害、呼吸系統(tǒng)損害等,不良反應(yīng)以腹瀉、痤瘡樣皮疹、咳嗽、間質(zhì)性肺炎等最為常見,嚴(yán)重可致死亡;病例多為男性中老年患者。結(jié)論重視吉非替尼在抗癌治療中的不良反應(yīng),加強(qiáng)老年肺癌患者的用藥監(jiān)測,防范嚴(yán)重和罕見的不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the related rules and characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) induced by gefitinib, and to find out the risk points for the use of gifetini, and to provide a reference for the rational use of gifitinib. Methods the key words were "gifitinib", "adverse reaction", "cause", "gefitinib", etc. A total of 57 articles were included in the full text database of China Journal Network and the full text database of Chinese periodicals in China. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 57 articles were collected and analyzed. Results A total of 82 cases were extracted, involving system-organ mainly gastrointestinal system damage. The damage of skin and its appendages, the damage of respiratory system and so on. The most common adverse reactions were diarrhea, acne rash, cough, interstitial pneumonia and so on. Conclusion attention should be paid to the adverse reactions of gefitinib in the treatment of cancer, to strengthen the monitoring of drug use in elderly patients with lung cancer, and to prevent the occurrence of serious and rare adverse reactions.
