【摘要】：原位成型注射給藥系統(tǒng)由于制備簡單、易于注射和藥物釋放完全后材料無需取出,患者依從性良好,近年來已成為藥劑學(xué)和生物技術(shù)領(lǐng)域研究的熱點。本文針對溶劑交換型原位成型植入劑中使用的高分子材料、溶劑和附加劑進行概述,并總結(jié)歸納了其發(fā)展方向。注射型原位成型植入劑為蛋白和多肽類藥物長效緩釋制劑的研究提供了良好的運載平臺,具有極大的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?br/>[Abstract]:Because of its simple preparation, easy injection and complete release of the drug, the in-situ injection delivery system does not need to be removed, and the patient has good compliance. In recent years, it has become a hot topic in the field of pharmacy and biotechnology. In this paper, the polymer materials, solvents and additives used in solvent-exchange in-situ molding implants are reviewed. The injectable in situ molding implants provide a good delivery platform for the study of protein and polypeptide drug long-acting sustained release preparations, and have great potential for development.
