【摘要】：目的:為建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)范化的靜脈藥物調(diào)配中心(PIVAS)新員工上崗前培訓(xùn)模式提供參考。方法:從培訓(xùn)要求、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、培訓(xùn)方式及考核4個(gè)方面介紹我院PIVAS工作人員培訓(xùn)模式的具體情況,同時(shí)總結(jié)成效。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:我院建立了以授訓(xùn)并舉、考評(píng)結(jié)合的培訓(xùn)模式,注重加強(qiáng)對(duì)新員工崗位職責(zé)、操作規(guī)程和技能、專業(yè)知識(shí)等的上崗前培訓(xùn)和考核;完成培訓(xùn)的有82人次,其中69人一次性通過。所建立的規(guī)范化的培訓(xùn)模式及實(shí)踐促進(jìn)了我院PIVAS工作的發(fā)展,提高了臨床用藥的安全性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide a reference for the establishment of a standardized and standardized pre-employment training model for new employees of intravenous Drug Distribution Center (IVAS). This paper introduces the training mode of PIVAS staff in our hospital from four aspects of training mode and examination, and summarizes the results. Results and conclusions: we have established a training model combining training and evaluation, and paid attention to strengthening the duties and responsibilities of new employees. Operational procedures and skills, professional knowledge, etc., pre-employment training and assessment, training completed 82 times, 69 of them through the one-time establishment of the standardized training model and practice to promote the development of PIVAS work in our hospital, The safety of clinical medication was improved.
