【摘要】：目的:構(gòu)建藥品GMP檢查員勝任力模型,為藥品GMP檢查員相關(guān)制度建設(shè)提供參考。方法:采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和專家討論的形式調(diào)研了藥品GMP檢查員的勝任力特征,對(duì)調(diào)研結(jié)果進(jìn)行了匯總和提取,構(gòu)建了藥品GMP檢查員勝任力模型。利用實(shí)證研究的方法對(duì)B市藥品GMP檢查員開展了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,分析了調(diào)查結(jié)果的信度和效度,對(duì)構(gòu)建的勝任力模型進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果:調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的Cronbach'sα系數(shù)為0.786,KMO值為0.797,Bartlett球形度檢驗(yàn)近似χ~2值為6 391.542(P0.000),解釋的總方差為81.19%。結(jié)論:勝任力模型通過(guò)了Cronbach'sα系數(shù)、KMO值檢驗(yàn)和Bartlett球形度檢驗(yàn),表面效度、內(nèi)容效度和架構(gòu)效度較高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to construct the competency model of drug GMP inspectors and to provide reference for the construction of relevant systems of drug GMP inspectors. Methods: the competency characteristics of drug GMP inspectors were investigated by means of questionnaire survey and expert discussion. The results are summarized and extracted, and the competency model of drug GMP inspectors is constructed. A questionnaire survey on drug GMP inspectors in city B is carried out by using the method of empirical research, and the reliability and validity of the survey results are analyzed. The competency model was verified. Results: the Cronbach's 偽 coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.786KMO, the approximate 蠂 ~ 2 value of Bartlett sphere test was 6.391.542p0.000, the total variance of explanation was 81.190.Conclusion: the competency model passed the Cronbach's 偽 coefficient KMO test and the Bartlett globality test, and the total variance was 81.190.Conclusion: the competency model has passed the Cronbach's 偽 coefficient KMO test and the Bartlett sphere test. Surface validity, content validity and architecture validity are higher.
