【摘要】：目的采用HPLC-電噴霧檢測器(CAD)新技術(shù)測定硫酸阿米卡星中卡那霉素和硫酸鹽的含量。方法采用華譜Click XIon(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)柱,流動相為含0.7%甲酸的250mmol/L甲酸銨溶液-乙腈-水(26:35:39),流速為1.0m L/min。采用Conona ultra RS CAD檢測器檢測,噴霧器溫度為25℃。結(jié)果卡那霉素、硫酸鹽與阿米卡星、中間體、副產(chǎn)物、輔料完全分離�？敲顾�、硫酸鹽在一定的濃度范圍內(nèi)呈較好的線性關(guān)系,卡那霉素測定的回收率為100.7%(RSD=2.00%,n=9);硫酸鹽測定的回收率為100.2%(RSD=1.04%,n=9)。結(jié)論方法簡便、靈敏、重復性好,可用于本品的質(zhì)量控制。
