【摘要】：目的:探討臨床藥師在癌痛管理中的作用。方法:通過案例分析介紹臨床藥師參與癌痛管理的內(nèi)容和方法。結(jié)果:臨床藥師可為醫(yī)師提供專業(yè)化的鎮(zhèn)痛藥建議,參與制訂個體化的鎮(zhèn)痛方案;通過開展患者監(jiān)護(hù)和患者教育,發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在用藥風(fēng)險(xiǎn),及時糾正用藥錯誤,提高患者依從性;通過實(shí)施患者家屬培訓(xùn),改善家屬對患者的支持,提高癌痛管理效能。結(jié)論:臨床藥師全程參與癌痛管理,有利于促進(jìn)鎮(zhèn)痛藥合理應(yīng)用,保障患者用藥安全,提高癌痛管理水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the management of cancer pain. Methods: the contents and methods of clinical pharmacists participating in cancer pain management were introduced through case analysis. To participate in the development of individualized analgesic programs; to identify potential drug risks through patient monitoring and patient education, to correct drug errors in a timely manner, and to improve patient compliance; to improve family support to patients through the implementation of patient family training, Conclusion: clinical pharmacists participate in the management of cancer pain in the whole process, which is helpful to promote the rational use of analgesics, to ensure the safety of drug use and to improve the management level of cancer pain.
