【摘要】：目的通過對唐草片10年來的質(zhì)量研究,藥理、藥效等基礎(chǔ)研究,中西藥合用的臨床研究綜合整理和分析,明確唐草片的作用特點和臨床使用方法。從質(zhì)量控制、基礎(chǔ)、臨床等多方面進行研究,在國內(nèi)23個省55個市縣進行臨床應(yīng)用,出口非洲、東南亞等8個國家。唐草片質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定,既可單獨使用,也可與高效抗反轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒治療(HAART)藥物合用;可改善癥狀,促進免疫重建;減輕HAART不良反應(yīng),并提高其療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the quality, pharmacology and efficacy of Tangcao tablets in the past 10 years, and to make clear the function characteristics and clinical application methods of Tangcao tablets. Clinical studies were carried out in 55 cities and counties in 23 provinces in China, and were exported to 8 countries in Africa and Southeast Asia. The quality of Tangcao tablets was stable and could be used either alone or in combination with highly effective antiretrovirals (HAART). Can improve symptoms, promote immune reconstruction, reduce adverse reactions of HAART, and improve its efficacy.
