【摘要】：目的分析我國違法藥品廣告的現(xiàn)狀、常見問題,提出規(guī)范藥品廣告治理的對策。方法主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究法,通過對國家藥監(jiān)局公布的違法藥品廣告公告的統(tǒng)計分析,提出治理違法藥品廣告的建議。結(jié)果與結(jié)論中國違法藥品廣告的常見違法行為主要包括處方藥宣傳媒體違規(guī)、適應(yīng)證超范圍、藥品功效宣傳不科學(xué),廣告代言形象主體違規(guī),藥品名稱不規(guī)范等。應(yīng)采取完善藥品廣告監(jiān)督管理體系,加大違法藥品廣告處罰力度,建立健全相關(guān)的法律法規(guī),加強行業(yè)自律,提高消費者鑒別違法藥品廣告的能力,增強自身維權(quán)意識等具體的解決策略。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the current situation and common problems of illegal drug advertisement in China, and to put forward the countermeasures to regulate the administration of drug advertisement. Methods the method of literature research was adopted, and the statistical analysis of the advertisement announcement of illegal drug published by the State Drug Administration was carried out. Results and conclusions the common illegal behaviors of illegal drug advertising in China mainly include the violation of prescription drug propaganda media, the indication exceeding the scope, the unscientific propaganda of drug efficacy, and the violation of the subject of advertisement endorsing image. It is necessary to improve the supervision and management system of drug advertisements, increase the punishment of illegal drug advertisements, establish and perfect relevant laws and regulations, strengthen the self-discipline of the industry, and improve the ability of consumers to identify illegal drug advertisements. Strengthen their own awareness of rights and other specific solutions.
