【摘要】：快速建議指南是一種重要的指南類型,對(duì)現(xiàn)有證據(jù)(尤其是系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)/Meta分析)進(jìn)行快速檢索、評(píng)估的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行證據(jù)分級(jí),形成推薦意見。相對(duì)于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)指南,其花費(fèi)少,制作周期短,然偏倚風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高。但相對(duì)專家共識(shí),具有較低的偏倚風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。在缺乏制定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)指南條件下,快速建議指南不失為一種有效工具用于制定臨床實(shí)踐指南。本文將以《基于腸促胰素治療藥物臨床應(yīng)用的快速建議指南》為例,介紹該快速建議指南的制作方法和過(guò)程:如臨床問(wèn)題和結(jié)局指標(biāo)的收集及確定,證據(jù)的獲取和評(píng)價(jià)及推薦意見的共識(shí)等,為快速建議指南的制定提供方法學(xué)指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The Quick recommendations Guide is an important type of guidance that quickly retrieves the available evidence (especially the systematic review / meta analysis), classifies the evidence on the basis of the assessment, and forms recommendations. It costs less than the standard guidelines. Short production cycle, high risk of bias, but relatively low risk of bias. In the absence of standard guidelines, The Quick advice Guide is an effective tool for developing clinical practice guidelines. This article will take the Rapid recommendation Guide for Clinical use of Enteropancreatin-Based drugs as an example. This paper introduces the method and process of making the rapid recommendation guidelines, such as the collection and determination of clinical problems and outcome indicators, the acquisition and evaluation of evidence and the consensus of recommendations, etc., which provides methodological guidance for the development of rapid recommendation guidelines.
