【摘要】：目的:介紹中國醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬盛京醫(yī)院急診藥房的自動配藥體系,并運用PDCA循環(huán)管理辦法降低某院自動化藥房快速出藥系統(tǒng)出藥差錯率,保證患者的用藥安全。方法:首先對某院急診藥房經(jīng)過自動發(fā)藥機(jī)的總處方量及出錯處方量進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計,再依循PDCA循環(huán)管理法的步驟,對快速出藥系統(tǒng)出藥差錯的原因進(jìn)行全面分析并設(shè)定目標(biāo)和對策,比較實施前后的出藥差錯率,并進(jìn)行總結(jié)。結(jié)果:數(shù)量差錯是自動化藥房出藥差錯率的主要原因,出藥差錯率為1.09%,實施PDCA后系統(tǒng)出藥差錯率為0.53%,目標(biāo)達(dá)標(biāo)率為56.31%,最大降幅為51.15%。結(jié)論:實施PDCA循環(huán)管理法可以有效降低自動化藥房快速出藥系統(tǒng)出藥差錯率,使患者用藥更安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to introduce the automatic dispensing system of emergency pharmacy in Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University, and to reduce the error rate of fast dispensing system in an automatic pharmacy by using PDCA circulation management method. Methods: first of all, the total prescriptions and wrong prescriptions of an emergency pharmacy in a hospital were counted, and then the steps of PDCA circulation management were followed. The causes of the errors in the rapid drug delivery system were comprehensively analyzed and the targets and countermeasures were set. The error rate of drug delivery before and after the implementation was compared and summarized. Results: the quantity error was the main reason for the error rate of drug delivery in the automatic pharmacy. The error rate of drug delivery was 1.09, the system error rate of drug delivery was 0.53 after the implementation of PDCA, the rate of reaching the target was 56.31, the biggest drop was 51.15.Conclusion: the implementation of PDCA circulation management method can effectively reduce the error rate of drug delivery system in automatic pharmacy and make the patients use drugs more safely.
