【摘要】：目的探討西藥制劑合理應(yīng)用及其監(jiān)督管理措施的效果。方法選取2014年1月至2015年1月醫(yī)院所開出的藥劑處方2258張,以此對(duì)藥劑合理使用的情況進(jìn)行分析,并根據(jù)出現(xiàn)的問題制定相關(guān)的監(jiān)督管理措施。隨機(jī)選取管理之后的西藥處方2374張,然后將管理之前和管理之后的藥品使用情況進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果管理進(jìn)行考核之后的合理用藥率為87.6%,較管理考核前的68.9%有明顯的提升,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對(duì)于西藥合理用藥的制度給予充分的肯定,定期對(duì)臨床醫(yī)師合理用藥的培訓(xùn)做出檢測,嚴(yán)格參照有關(guān)用藥的考核管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行考核,能夠提高臨床合理用藥水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of rational application of western medicine preparations and the measures of supervision and management. Methods 2258 prescriptions were selected from January 2014 to January 2015 to analyze the rational use of drugs. According to the existing problems, the relevant supervision and management measures were formulated. 2374 prescriptions of western medicine after management were randomly selected. Then compare the use of drugs before and after management. Results the reasonable drug use rate after management assessment is 87.6, which is significantly higher than the 68.9% before management examination. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the system of rational drug use in western medicine should be fully affirmed, the training of rational use of drugs should be tested regularly, and the examination should be carried out strictly according to the assessment and management standards of the relevant drugs. It can improve the level of rational drug use in clinic.
