RP-HPLC加校正因子的主成分自身對(duì)照法測(cè)定普羅布考片中3種有關(guān)物質(zhì)的含量

【摘要】:目的建立RP-HPLC法同時(shí)測(cè)定普羅布考片中3種有關(guān)物質(zhì)的含量。方法采用RP-HPLC加校正因子的主成分自身對(duì)照法,以普羅布考為參照物,分別測(cè)定其與有關(guān)物質(zhì)A、B、C間的相對(duì)保留時(shí)間及相對(duì)校正因子,以校正因子對(duì)普羅布考片中的3種有關(guān)物質(zhì)進(jìn)行定量分析,并與外標(biāo)法測(cè)定結(jié)果比較,以驗(yàn)證方法的準(zhǔn)確性。結(jié)果有關(guān)物質(zhì)A、B、C相對(duì)于主成分普羅布考的相對(duì)保留時(shí)間分別為1.46、0.93和1.40;相對(duì)校正因子分別為0.23、1.10和1.55;校正因子法與外標(biāo)法測(cè)定的結(jié)果無(wú)顯著性差異。結(jié)論本方法能夠準(zhǔn)確測(cè)定普羅布考片中3種有關(guān)物質(zhì)的含量。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of three related substances in Probucol tablets. The relative retention time and the relative correction factor were determined with the relative retention time and the relative correction factor. The three related substances in Probucol tablets were quantitatively analyzed, and the results were compared with those of the external standard method. Results the relative retention time of the related substance Agnobenzene C relative to the principal component Probucol was 1.46U 0.93 and 1.40, the relative correction factor was 0.230.10 and 1.55, respectively. There was no significant difference between the calibration factor method and the external standard method. Conclusion this method can accurately determine the contents of three related substances in Probucol tablets.
