【摘要】：目的通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)新型阿奇霉素粉-液雙室袋的便利性,安全性和準(zhǔn)確性。方法采用計(jì)算配制時(shí)間來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)雙室袋的便利性;通過(guò)對(duì)配制過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的刺傷、劃傷等傷害人次,和配制后不溶性微粒數(shù)來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)雙室袋的安全性;通過(guò)高效液相色譜法檢測(cè)配制濃度和殘留量來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)雙室袋配制的準(zhǔn)確性。結(jié)果雙室袋配制時(shí)間明顯少于粉針配制時(shí)間[(22.5±4.7)s vs(89.2±15.5)s,P0.05];配制過(guò)程中不會(huì)造成人員傷害,配制后的不溶性微粒數(shù)明顯少于粉針配制(P0.05);由于雙室袋配制過(guò)程中不產(chǎn)生藥物殘留,故其藥物濃度更接近理論值。結(jié)論新型阿奇霉素粉-液雙室袋在便利性、安全性和準(zhǔn)確性上都明顯優(yōu)于粉針配制,具有顯著的臨床應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the convenience, safety and accuracy of a new type of azithromycin powder / liquid double compartment bag. The safety of double compartment bag was evaluated by scratch injury and the number of insoluble particles after preparation. The accuracy of double chamber bag preparation was evaluated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results the preparation time of double chamber bag was significantly shorter than that of powder needle preparation [22. 5 鹵4. 7 s vs(89.2 鹵15. 5 vs(89.2 P 0. 05]. The number of insoluble particles after preparation was obviously less than that of P0.05 prepared by powder needle, and the drug concentration was closer to the theoretical value because there was no drug residue in the preparation of two-compartment bag. Conclusion A new type of azithromycin powder / liquid dual-compartment bag is convenient. Safety and accuracy are obviously superior to the preparation of powder needle, has a significant advantage in clinical application.
