【摘要】：目的:為進(jìn)一步提高復(fù)乳穩(wěn)定性提供參考。方法:以"復(fù)乳""穩(wěn)定性""制備方法""處方""Multiple emulsion""Stability""Preparation method""Formulation"等為關(guān)鍵詞,組合查詢1996-2016年在Pub Med、Elsevier、中國(guó)知網(wǎng)、萬方、維普等數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對(duì)復(fù)乳的制備方法和處方的優(yōu)化進(jìn)行綜述。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:共檢索到相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)237篇,其中有效文獻(xiàn)36篇。穩(wěn)定性始終是限制復(fù)乳應(yīng)用的最大因素。無論是通過一步乳化法、兩步乳化法還是膜乳化法,或是加入穩(wěn)定劑、調(diào)節(jié)滲透壓、優(yōu)化處方成分與比例等均不能使復(fù)乳足夠穩(wěn)定。選擇合適的制備方法,優(yōu)化處方的組成在增加復(fù)乳的穩(wěn)定性上已取得一定的成果,但仍不能滿足應(yīng)用需求。針對(duì)此,自乳化復(fù)乳是一個(gè)非常有前景的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the stability of the multiple emulsion for reference. Methods: "double emulsion" and "stability" and "preparation method" and "prescription" and "Multiple emulsion" "Stability" "Preparation" "method" "Formulation" as key words, query 1996-2016 years at Pub Med, Elsevier, China CNKI, Wanfang, relevant the VIP database, carries on the summary to the optimization of preparation method and prescription for double emulsion. Results and conclusion: totally 237 literatures, including 36 effective literatures. The stability is always the biggest factor limiting emulsionm application. Whether through one step emulsification method, two step emulsification method or membrane emulsification method, or adding stabilizer, osmotic adjustment, optimize the prescription composition and proportion could not make the emulsion stable enough. Choose suitable methods of preparation, composition optimization prescription has achieved certain results in increased stability of the multiple emulsion, but still not meeting For this purpose, self emulsification is a very promising research direction.
