【摘要】：目的:綜合評(píng)價(jià)目前臨床使用的單片復(fù)方降壓制劑的特點(diǎn)及臨床應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀。方法:在復(fù)方降壓制劑的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)以及治療高血壓的療效、安全性及患者依從性方面進(jìn)行分析和探討。結(jié)果和結(jié)論:對(duì)于大多數(shù)高血壓患者,單藥治療無法控制血壓達(dá)標(biāo),必須采取聯(lián)合治療方式,復(fù)方制劑常常在更低的組方劑量下能更好地控制血壓,不良反應(yīng)少,而且使用方便,有利于提高患者用藥的依從性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the characteristics and clinical application status of single compound antihypertensive preparation. Methods: the development trend of compound antihypertensive preparation and the curative effect of treating hypertension were evaluated. The safety and compliance of patients were analyzed and discussed. Results and conclusions: for most patients with hypertension, the blood pressure can not be controlled by single drug therapy, so it is necessary to adopt combination therapy. Compound formulations can better control blood pressure at lower dose, have less adverse reactions, and are convenient to use, which is helpful to improve the compliance of patients with drugs.
